On 29th October, the students of Class 8B presented a powerful assembly on the theme “Gandhi Jayanti – A Journey of Remembrance and Responsibility.” The program paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri, reflecting on their timeless values of truth, peace, simplicity, and service.
Through heartfelt prayers, expressive performances, and a thought-provoking skit, the students beautifully conveyed how Gandhiji’s ideals remain relevant even today. The audience was especially moved by a video featuring Gandhiji’s voice and message of harmony.
The entire event was conducted under the able guidance of Mr. Samuel Massey, the class teacher of 8B. The Principal appreciated the students for their confidence, teamwork, and meaningful presentation.
As the assembly concluded, everyone carried home Gandhiji’s inspiring words —
“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.”
Jai Hind!
